We serve busy families and professionals, who follow specific diets and value clean eating, wellness, and time. Using seasonal, local, and organic ingredients, we design a fresh, personalized menu each week to support client's health goals and elevate their lifestyle.

From menu planning, shopping list, online orders to cooking, pantry rotation and cleanup, we handle it all. Your ready-to-enjoy meals are neatly stored in your fridge, ready to heat up at your own convenience so you can nourish your body—without compromising your schedule.

What does the dinner service include?Menu design and Print Out Groceries Preparations and Table Service Any additional service (drinks, wine pairing, service staff, tableware, floral and table decor) will be billed separately.

How many guests do you service?We serve from 2-20 guests, and we provide catering delivery for up to 50 people.

How long does the chef need to prepare?Chef will need access to the kitchen 3 hours prior to the agreed dinner or lunch start time.

Can I choose from a menu?Chef Mariana offers a thoughtfully curated sample menu featuring client favorites. From vibrant, seasonal entrées to nourishing sides, you're sure to find options that resonate with your tastes. Every menu is fully customizable—chef will happily tailor selections to suit your dietary preferences, lifestyle, and goals.

Is WAMF insured?Yes. WAMF has obtained liability insurance. This insurance is specifically for personal chefs who conduct services in clients’ home.

How far in advance should I book a dinner party?One month in advance upon a 50% deposit payment. Please contact us if services are needed any sooner.

How can I pay for services?Once your menu is finalized and the number of guests confirmed, we’ll send an invoice via email. Payment can be made securely by credit card, or you’re welcome to send a Zelle transfer to When Art Meets Food.

Can I add guests?You may add up to three additional guests up to one week prior to your event. For any last-minute changes, please contact us directly—we’ll do our best to accommodate your updated head count whenever possible.

Can you accommodate vegan, paleo, whole 30, dash diets?Chef Mariana brings expertise from her experience in plant-based kitchens and holds a certification in sports nutrition, allowing her to thoughtfully support a wide range of dietary preferences and goals. We are happy to accommodate requests including ingredient substitutions, dietary restrictions, and menu modifications to better suit your lifestyle. Whether you follow a plant-based, gluten-free, anti-inflammatory, or performance-focused diet, your meals will be crafted with both flavor and function in mind. Please don’t hesitate to share any preferences or needs during the planning process—we’re here to make your experience nourishing, satisfying, and seamless.
