What does the dinner service include?

The dinner service includes: Menu design and Print Out, Groceries, Preparations, and Table Service. Any additional services, such as drinks, wine pairing, service staff, tableware, floral, and table décor, will be billed separately.

What is the maximum number of guests you can serve?

We can serve between 2 to 20 guests for in-home private events and provide catering delivery for up to 50 people.

How long does the chef need to prepare?

The Chef will need access to the kitchen 3 hours prior to the agreed dinner or lunch start time.

Can I choose from a menu?

Chef Mariana offers a thoughtfully curated sample menu featuring client favorites. While the sample menu is a great starting point, every menu is fully customizable. The chef will happily tailor selections to suit your specific dietary preferences, lifestyle, and goals.

Is WAMF insured?

Yes. When Art Meets Food (WAMF) has obtained liability insurance specifically for personal chefs who conduct services in clients’ homes.

Question 6

How far in advance should I book a dinner party?

We recommend booking at least one month in advance upon a 50% deposit payment. Please contact us directly if services are needed any sooner.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

After finalizing your menu and confirming the number of guests, we'll email you an invoice. You can securely pay by credit card or send a Zelle transfer to When Art Meets Food.

Question 8

Is it possible to add more guests to my event?

Accepted Answer

You can add up to three more guests up to one week before your event. For last-minute changes beyond that, please contact us directly, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your updated headcount.

Can you accommodate vegan, paleo, Whole30, or DASH diets?

Yes, Chef Mariana brings expertise from her experience in plant-based kitchens and holds a certification in sports nutrition, allowing her to support a wide range of dietary preferences and goals. We happily accommodate requests including ingredient substitutions, dietary restrictions, and menu modifications to suit lifestyles like vegan, gluten-free, anti-inflammatory, and performance-focused diets.
