Born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, Chef Mariana Ascoli brings creativity, culture, and intention to every plate she crafts. After earning a Business Management certificate in Australia and a BA in Fashion Design in Brazil, she discovered her true passion in the art and science of food.
Trained alongside award-winning teams at Michelin-starred restaurants in Houston, Chef Mariana founded When Art Meets Food in 2020 to merge fine-dining techniques with nutrition and mindful eating. Her cuisine is globally inspired, plant-forward, and performance-driven—designed to nourish the body while delivering an unforgettable sensory experience.

Each weekly menu is crafted around your lifestyle, dietary preferences or macro counts to improve your performance and achieve health goals. We specialize in gluten free, refined sugar free, low carb and high protein diets and have helped clients with a variety of restrictions and allergies over the past years.
A menu proposal will be sent one week before your appointment for your review and approval, allowing time for adjustments or substitutions if desired.
All dishes are neatly portioned and labeled, stored in microwave- and dishwasher-safe and ready- to- heat at your own convenience

We hand pick every ingredients and prioritize organic and premium ingredients from top grocery stores and farmers market.
